Everyone wants to look a little younger and I am all for aging gracefully. There is nothing wrong with a few grey hairs and a couple of wrinkles here and there, but there are some habits that people have that will just accelerate the aging process.

Smoking has many terrible outcomes attached to it. It is extremely harmful to your health and if it doesn’t kill you first it will certainly make you look well beyond your years.

We love the sun! it makes us feel good when its out and we need the vitamin D. But getting to much sun exposure can cause premature aging and although when we are younger a good tan can make us look good, we may look a lot older sooner as we age.

It all comes down to which foods cause inflammation and the sugary, processed foods are not doing your skin any favors. These foods can cause inflammation in your body, which may accelerate wrinkle formation so be sure to load up on your fruits and veggies.

Exercise not only appears to keep skin younger, it may also even reverse skin aging in people who start exercising late in life, according to surprising new research according to the New York Times
In a small study, researchers at McMaster University in Ontario found that exercise may not only keep skin younger, but may also reverse skin aging, even in people who take up exercise later in life.
But if you fall into the following list you may well be increasing your chances of premature aging.
